Are You A New Hire?
You have 90 days from your actively-at-work
date to complete your enrollment.
Contact the Benefits Service Center at (888) 210-3701
to complete your new hire enrollment.
Mid-Year Family Status Change
If you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) during the
plan year you may be able to add or make changes to your
current benefit elections. You must notify your
Union Representative within 30 days of the change.
